One of the main objectives of this development was to create a strong sense of community within the development. Located in eclectic Inkerman Street, its three buildings include a café and 61 apartments over 6 levels, with no more than 6 apartments per floor and basement car park. Natural products were used extensively throughout this green natured building, juxtaposed against polished concrete floors throughout. The floors were pivotal in the construction sequence in order to enable other trades to complete work whilst not damaging the floor’s finished surface.
